Cancellation & Refund Policy

METRIC VIBES PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and follows a fair and transparent cancellation policy. Under this policy:

Cancellation

Cancellation requests will be considered only if made within 2 days of placing the order or subscription.

However, cancellations may not be possible if the service has already been activated, accessed, or used by the customer.

Refund

Since we provide digital, subscription-based AI services, refunds are generally not applicable once the service access has been granted.

However, if you believe the service delivered is not as described or there is a genuine issue, you must report it to our Customer Support team within 2 days of activation.

After reviewing your case, the Customer Support team will take an appropriate decision regarding refund or resolution.

Service Issues

If you face any technical issues or feel that the service received is not as shown or not functioning as expected, you must notify our Customer Support team within 2 days of experiencing the issue.

Our team will verify the concern and provide a suitable resolution.

Refund Timeline

In case any refund is approved by METRIC VIBES PRIVATE LIMITED, it may take 6–8 working days for the amount to be processed and credited back to the customer's account.
