This policy explains how QuerySafe handles personal information collected through this website. It does not cover data processed inside QuerySafe products, which is governed by the agreement with each customer.

• Information you submit in our demo, contact and waitlist forms, such as your name, work email, company, role and message.
• Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, used to run and secure the site.
• If you accept analytics cookies, information about how you use the site, collected through Google Analytics and PostHog.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and arrange demonstrations.
• To understand how the website is used, so we can improve it.
• To keep the website secure and prevent abuse.

We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We use service providers to host this website, deliver form submissions by email and, with your consent, measure site usage (Google Analytics, PostHog). They process information on our behalf and only for these purposes.

Retention

We keep enquiry information for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and then delete it.
