Do our people need to know SQL or our table structures?
No. People ask in plain language. QuerySafe works out which tables and fields hold the answer and shows the sources behind the result, so an analyst can still check the logic.
Does it connect to our systems directly?
QuerySafe integrations are configured for each deployment. If data from your ERP, e-procurement or supplier portals is already available through an approved connection, QuerySafe can work across it. We confirm supported sources and access controls during evaluation.
Can it find single-supplier dependencies?
If your purchasing and product data are in BigQuery, you can ask directly, for example which products depend on one supplier, and QuerySafe returns the list with the sources it used.
Will it change anything in our procurement systems?
Only approved Agent actions can change connected systems. Permission checks and, where appropriate, human approval stay around those actions.
